Gymnastics Galaxy

We love going to Gymnastics Galaxy! It is SO much fun!!! Here is a short video of Trevor.

Yoga

Tonight was the start of my first Yoga Class. It was such a relaxing/fun work out.

As I as getting ready to leave, Tyler kept asking me if he could come with me. "Mommy, can I please go with you"? I told him that this class was just for mommies, and he said "its not for little boys?, I can't go with you? He just didn't understand why he couldn't come too.

Then as I was heading out the door Trevor had his legs wrapped SO tight around me saying "mommy, stay home with me"... It was so hard to leave... But daddy called me a little while after I had left and told me that Trevor was ok... I am so glad he did- otherwise, It would have been hard to relax.......

January

Trevor had fun this past week spending time with daddy and going out grocery shopping. Trevor sat in the cart the whole time and was perfect! Tyler was very excited about spending some time with mommy. As soon as his brother and daddy were out the door, Tyler said "this is my date with mommy"!! SO CUTE!!! When we came upstairs, Tyler noticed that Trevor had left his favorite car on the table and was almost in tears telling me that Trevor had forgotten this. It was so dear!!! When Trevor came home, he was beaming with excitiment and Tyler was so happy to see his brother. (they had only been apart for 2 hours, but they acted like it had been a whole day)!!!! They sure are Special Twin Boys!!!!

Over the past week- we have each been taking the kids out seperate and it is SO much easier! It has been great one on one quality time! The boys seem to find this very exciting... Tyler and I went to a scrapbooking store yesterday and Trevor and daddy spent time cuddled up reading stories....

ECFE class "First Friends"

The boys had a different teacher in ECFE class today.. and when the boys walked in she asked Tyler what his name was. Trevor chimmed in and said "He's my twin".. Everyone thought that was adorable!! Then she asked Trevor what his name was and he said "I'm a twin"!!! SO CUTE!!!!!

The boys had so much fun in ECFE class today. They brought in some snow and filled the water table with it. The kids had a blast using small shovel and buckets to play in the snow! When it was clean up time, I was so proud of you boys!! you both helped pick up toys and sang "clean up, clean up" while you did... It was very cute!! We went to the huge gym today and everyone had fun playing ball... With as much energy as everyone used.... I was so hopeful that you both would nap.... and Naps did happen!!! The boys both just fell asleep!!! Yippee!!!!! Mommy can get some things done around the house....

It was our first time going to Adventure Park today in Ham Lake. It was awesome!!! The boys had a blast climbing through the huge tunnels and going down the huge slides. Mommy had fun climbing in the tunnels too!! Their snack prices were very reasonable.. That huge container of popcorn for just $1.00!!! That was surprising!

ECFE Beach Party

The boys and I had a blast at the ECFE Beach Party today. They had the whole cafeteria set up with art projects, sand play, water tables, games, and snacks. Of course Tyler and Trevor went to the water tables first. They looked for neat sea creatures and use kids fishing poles to catch small pretend fish. Kids wading pools were filled with sand and the boys loved filling their puckets and dumping them out. It was SO much fun watching them!!! and what a great way for them to burn off some of their energy!!!

Boys Bowling

We took the boys bowling for the first time this past weekend. They looked so Adorable in bowling shoes, and they had SO much fun!!!

Wonderful Christmas

We had wonderful times this year with Christmas preparations. The boys are at a perfect age!!! We baked cookies, made a Gingerbread Santa Sleigh (this was a very fun project!!) The boys were able to help hold the pieces in place while I spread the frosting and then they placed the candy pieces on. The boys and I also had a blast shopping at our local thrift store picking out toys to help families in need this christmas. We ended up helping 5 families (10 kids) this Christmas. I took old Diaper boxes and wrapped them in wrapping paper and we filled each box with toys and basic necessities approriate for each kids age. Tyler and Trevor learned the true meaning of Christmas this year as they helped clean out some of their toys to pass onto these other kids.
Once everything was gathered, we had the honor of delivering everything to these families. It felt so Wonderful! The parents were so appreciate, expecially knowing their kids would all have pillows to sleep on!!!!!

Trevor with Santa

Here is our brave little guy sitting with Santa!

Santa Visit

We took the boys to Rush City for Santa days. They had visits with Santa, hay rides, and toys for tots drop off. The boys had each picked out a toy to bring to donate, so they placed those on the tables and headed to find Santa.

Trevor carefully walked up to Santa and sat on his lap. In a soft wisper Trevor said he would like a tractor. Then it was Tyler's turn.. but he wans't at all interested. He screamed and held onto very tight to daddy..... Next it was the fun hay rides. Both boys loved seeing the huge draft horses and riding in the trailer. It was alot of fun.. but it was very chilly out..
